The text tells about King Siviraja and his minister Sanjaya prepared weapons and troops for fighting with the king of Varanasi. They then would seize Videharaja city for killing King Sivijaya for his treasures. Colophon: Folio 25 on the recto side: Chunlasangkatrasa (CS) 1232, a kot sanga year, on the full moon day of the third lunar month, the first day of the week (Sunday), a moeng pao day, the writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Phò Khampheng or Kwan Son and his wife had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Vinaya Panha, to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hotu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition to reach Nirvanaa, certainly and certainly).
