Visuddhimagga refers to the path of purity is the scripture that explains the principles of practice that lead to Nirvana based on the principles of the morality, meditation and wisdom. The original was written in Pali by an Indian Buddhist teacher, Buddhagosa in Lanka. The text of this fascicle tells about the practice of meditation by following the principles of Ariyasacca 4 (the four noble truths). Ariyasacca, the Noble Truths consists of four: 1. Dukkha Ariyasacca: The noble truth of suffering. 2. Samudaya Ariyasacca: The noble truth of the cuase of suffering. 3. Nirodha Ariyasacca: The noble truth of the cessation of suffering. 4. Magga Ariyasacca: The noble truth of the path leading to the cessation of suffering.
