Sap Phanavan Monnoi means the book explains the Pali words in the Suttas of seven legends in Lao language used for the study and understanding of the chanting chapters of seven legends with the whole text written in the Nissaya style, word by word translations from Pali into Lao. Phanavan (Bhānavāra) is a collection of suttas in Theravada Buddhism.
