The content is a question-and-answer of the Dhamma problems such as, what are the virtues of Hiri and Otappa? The answer is there are many virtues, such as refraining from evil conduct, but being good conduct, and being kindness, do not steal other’s property and do not kill others, to live together as a group with happiness, do not hate each other. If we do not have Hiri and Otappa, we will be angry with each other and will not be happy. Because there is Hiri and Otappa in charge, we all are stable and happy. Saen Mai Suk from the village of Khoi had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Saloei Panha Thammavipak (Answers of the questions on the Dhamma) to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May the results of this merit be a disposition and condition to support me through this life and the future lives until entering Nibbāna. May this gift of mine be for Nibbāna which is the greatest bliss constantly, certainly and definitely.
