ກ່າວເຖິງ ວິທີການປະຕິບັດເພື່ອບັນລຸ ມັກ ໔ ຜົນ ໔ ແລະນິບພານ ໑. ຜູ້ທີ່ປະຕິບັດຈະຕ້ອງປະຕິບັດຕາມຄໍາສອນຂອງພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ຄື ລະຄວາມຊົ່ວ, ທໍາຄວາມດີ ແລະຊໍາລະຈິດໃຈໃຫ້ສະອາດໝົດຈົດ, ແລະປະຕິບັດດ້ວຍການໃຫ້ທານ, ຮັກສາສີນ ແລະຈະເລີນພາວະນາ. ສ່ວນປາຍ ໄດ້ອະທິບາຍກ່ຽວກັບໄຕຼລັກ ຄື: ໑). ນາມມະຣູປັງ ອະນິດຈັງ ຄືຄວາມບໍ່ທ່ຽງຂອງນາມຮູບ. ໒) ນາມມະຣູປັງ ທຸກຂັງ ຄືຄວາມເປັນທຸກຂອງນາມຮູບ. ໓) ນາມມະຣູປັງ ອະນັດຕາ ຄືນາມຮູບແມ່ນບໍ່ມີຕົວຕົນ. ເມື່ອຜູ້ປະຕິບັດເຂົ້າໃຈແລະແຕກສານໃນຂໍ້ທໍາເຫຼົ່ານີ້ແລ້ວ ເມື່ອສິ້ນອາຍຸແຫ່ງຕົນກໍ່ຈະບໍ່ໄປຕົກໃນອະບາຍຍະພູມ. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: ລານທີ່ ໒໕ ໜ້າ ໑: ສັງກາດ ໑໖໓ (ກົງກັບ ຈສ. ໑໑໖໓) ຕົວ ປີຮ້ວງເຮົ້າ ເດືອນ ໗ ຂຶ້ນ ໘ ຄໍ່າ ວັນ ໔ ມື້ກາບຍີ່ ຣິດຈະນາແລ້ວຍາມແຖໃກ້ທ່ຽງວັນ. ເຈົ້າສົມເດັດ ບຸບຜາປັນຍາ ມີໃຈໃສສັດທາສ້າງ ກໍາມະຖານ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາພະເຈົ້າເທົ້າ ໕໐໐໐ ວັດສາ ນິບພານະ ປັດຈະໂຍ ໂຫນຕຸ ທຸວັງ ທຸວັງ.
The text tells the way of practice to attainment of magga (the path) 4, phala (the fruition) 4 and Nibbāna 1. The practitioners must follow the Buddha’s principal teaching that is not to do any evil, to cultivate good, and to purify the mind and practice by giving alms giving, observing the precepts and meditation. The last part tells about the three characteristics including: 1. Nāma-rūpaṁ aniccaṁ: Impermanence of mind and matter; 2. Nāma-rūpaṁ dukkaṁ: State of suffering of mind and matter; 3. Nāma-rūpaṁ anattā: Soullessness of mind and matter. When the practitioner understands and is masterful in these characteristics. After the death, the one will not go to hells. Colophon: Folio 25 on the recto side: Sangkat 163 (corresponding with CS 1163), a huang hao year, the eighth day of the waxing moon of the seventh lunar month, the fourth day of the week (Wednesday), and a kap nyi day. The writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of the thae kai thiang (between 9.00–10.30 o’clock). Chao Somdet Bupphapannya had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Kammathan to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna certainly.
