ສັງຮອມທາດ (ຜູກ ໔)

ໃນສະໄໝພຸດທະການ ຄັ້ງໜຶ່ງເມື່ອປະຖົມມະຍາມລ່ວງໄປແລ້ວ ຍັງມີເທວະດາຕົນໜຶ່ງ ໄດ້ເຂົ້າເຝົ້າພະພຸດທະອົງແລະທູນຂໍຟັງພະທໍາມະເທດສະໜາ ເມື່ອນັ້ນພະຜູ້ມີພະພາກເຈົ້າກໍ່ຊົງສະແດງເລື່ອງ ຣາຊະສູດ ວ່າດ້ວຍຄຸນນະທໍາຂອງອະຣິຍະສາວົກ ອັນເປັນເຫດໃຫ້ເວໄນຍະສັດທັງຫລາຍໄດ້ເຂົ້າເຖິງ ມັກຄະ ໔ ຜົນ ໔ ແລະນິບພານ ໑. ຄັ້ນແລ້ວ ເທວະດາຕົນນັ້ນກໍ່ໄດ້ທູນຖາມພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ເລື່ອງການປະຕິບັດຕາມພະວິໄນ ເມື່ອສາສະໜາຂອງພະຕະຖາຄົດເຈົ້າຜ່ານໄປໄດ້ ໒໐໐໐ ເຖິງ ໕໐໐໐ ປີ.

In the Buddha’s time, after the first watch of a night, there was a diety came to the presence of the Buddha and asked the Buddha to preach a sermon to her. The Buddha preached on Rajasutta, discourse on virtues of the noble disciples, which help the beings attaining magga 4, phala 4 and nibbana 1. After the discourse, the diety also asked the Buddha about the practice of Vinaya after his Teachings having past through 2000 years until 5000 years.
