The text tells about the improper behaviors of the novices when the Teachings of the Buddha have passed for 2000 years such as the novices will sit on the seats that are higher than the seats of their masters. They will squeeze to sit on the seats or sleep on the beds that belong to their masters. They will pay respect to their masters. Moreover, some novices will become thieves to kill the owners and take their things. The novices will make the Teachings of the Buddha become declining. Colophon: Folio 27 on the recto side: Buddhist Era 1211 (possibility is CS 1211), a kat hao year, on the sixth day of the waxing moon of the third lunar month, the seventh day of the week (Saturday), a kot sanga day, the writing was accomplished at the time of tut tang mue sao (between 6.00–7.30 o’clock).
