Prince Madrais Alibasa Manuscript No. 17C

The manuscript No.17C is written in a set of loose folios. The size is 34 x 21.5 cm. The condition of paper is brittle perforated, taped and yellowing. The ink penetrates to the reverse side. The writing is faded but still readable. In this manuscript, Prince Madrais told that he sent a cake made by his chef to a vice regent as a sign of his respect. He said that the cake was delicious as made in bakery in Bandung. In addition, he described a prophecy that in one day in Java there would be leaders who can rule over with a renewal regulation that can bring prosperity for people. Then, he explained a land act which means living spirit of the land which makes all human beings with its provisions and rules; using the governance rules in accordance with the customs of a nation, the sovereignty of each nation. Guidance of Java in running the life is the guidance to direct wants, feeling and thinking. If not, it will be chaotic. Therefore it is being explained now.
