A note on the backboard mentions 'Kaikhami nurse”, but fails to mention the name of the second nurse. It is unclear exactly where these nurses were serving, but it is most plausible they were serving the Welsh Presbyterian Dispensary at Durtlang, close to where T. Luaia's family lived.
