In (B. E. 2504), His majesty king Sisavang Vatthana casts the Buddhas to offer for all temple in Luang Prabang city, the purpose for merit-making to dedicated for King Sisavang Vong (the dead). The ceremony held at the Luang Prabang palace on July 5th, 1961 and he during offering the Buddha image for abbot of Vat Nong Si Khun Meuang, Pha Phoumy Phalappato.
