The sum will be delivered monthly by the Peruvian legation in London, while the legation in Madrid will be in charge of supervision in accordance with the previous supreme resolution. The expenses will be charged to the item of the extraordinary justice budget of the general budget.
La Dirección General de Instrucción Pública informa al presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú sobre la expedición de una resolución suprema que concede un subsidio mensual de treinta libras a don Alberto Guillén para que continúe y perfeccione sus estudios literarios en España. La suma será entregada mensualmente por la legación del Perú en Londres, mientras que la legación en Madrid se encargará de la supervisión de acuerdo con la resolución suprema previa. Los gastos se cargarán a la partida del pliego extraordinario de justicia del presupuesto general.
