Custodial history: The digital images that make up this collection were created as part of the EAP1624 project “Digitalization of the documents of the foundation of the Student Federation of Peru 1920-1921”.

Arrangement: This collection is part of the original archive of the Student Federation of Peru, rescued by Dr. Francisco Valega after the eviction from the premises that the organization occupied at that time. It has been noted that some changes were probably made to its original organization, since documents were found randomly distributed in folders. Therefore, the chief archivist, Ana Torres, took it upon herself to reorganize the collection by applying the fundamental principles of archival science. As a result, three documentary series were established: Correspondence, Publications, Bulletins & Books and Minutes and Meeting Documents arranged in chronological order. These series were organized in folders, trying to preserve the original order assigned by the creator.
