Rowe, member of the Central Executive Council of the Ministry of Finance, responds to the request of the Student Federation of Peru to send his photograph and autograph for the teachers' gallery at the Student House. Rowe, miembro del Consejo Central Ejecutivo del Ministerio de Hacienda, responde a la solicitud de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú de enviar su fotografía y autógrafo para la galería de maestros en la Casa de los Estudiantes. En la carta, Rowe agradece el honor recibido y remite la fotografía solicitada, además de expresar sus votos por el continuo progreso de la institución.
