En ella, el remitente, en nombre del club, responde a un telegrama previo de Haya de la Torre y expresa que no es necesario agradecer por la atención brindada durante su visita a Cusco, ya que fue un deber grato. Además, reafirma su respeto y consideración tanto hacia Haya de la Torre como hacia la federación.
