Letter sent on May 2, 1920 by the Regional Federation of Farmers to the president of the Student Federation of Peru, Victor Raul Haya de la Torre. They justify the request by mentioning the need to avoid government intervention and apologize for the liberty they have taken, while requesting the advice of the president of the student federation.
Carta enviada el 2 de mayo de 1920 por la Federación Regional de Campesinos al presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú, Víctor Raúl Haya de la Torre. En ella, los representantes de la federación campesina solicitan el uso del local de la Federación de Estudiantes para una reunión con los gerentes de fundos en huelga y los delegados huelguistas, planeada para el día siguiente. Justifican la petición mencionando la necesidad de evitar la intervención gubernamental y piden disculpas por la libertad que se han tomado, a la vez que solicitan el asesoramiento del presidente de la federación estudiantil.
