This letter, dated February 28, 1920 and sent by Chávez Mariñas, president of the University Center of La Libertad in Trujillo, is addressed to the president of the Student Federation of Peru. In it, Chávez Mariñas expresses his surprise for not having yet received confirmation of his incorporation as a delegate of the university, pointing out that this delay is perceived as a lack of courtesy towards an autonomous and independent institution. Esta carta, fechada el 28 de febrero de 1920 y enviada por Chávez Mariñas, presidente del Centro Universitario de La Libertad en Trujillo, está dirigida al presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú. En ella, Chávez Mariñas expresa su extrañeza por no haber recibido aún la confirmación de su incorporación como delegado de la universidad, señalando que esta demora es percibida como una falta de cortesía hacia una institución autónoma e independiente. Solicita una explicación sobre la dilatación en el reconocimiento de su delegación y manifiesta su protesta por lo que considera un trato descortés hacia el centro universitario.
