This letter, dated February 27, 1920 and sent by the Supreme Board of Trustees of the First Congress of Hispanic American Youth to the Consul of Peru in Madrid, responds to an official letter sent the previous day. The letter informs that, due to the lack of approval of the budgets by the Courts and in agreement with the government, it has been decided to postpone the celebration of the congress until October of the present year.
Esta carta, fechada el 27 de febrero de 1920 y enviada por la Junta Suprema de Patronato del Primer Congreso de Juventudes Hispanoamericanas al cónsul del Perú en Madrid, responde a un oficio enviado el día anterior. La carta informa que, debido a la falta de aprobación de los presupuestos por las Cortes y en acuerdo con el gobierno, se ha decidido postergar la celebración del congreso hasta octubre del presente año.
