This letter, dated January 19, 1920 and signed by the students A. B. Chamochumbi, Galván and Ruiz Rolando, is addressed to the president of the Student Federation of Peru. The senders, students of the Jurisprudence Faculty, request that the federation call new elections to select the delegates who will represent the faculty in the Student Congress in Cusco. They argue that, in the previous elections, the regulatory number of votes was not reached, resulting in an insufficient and limited vote. In support of their request, they attach a certificate issued by J. M. Calle, who presided over the electoral board on that occasion.
Esta carta, fechada el 19 de enero de 1920 y firmada por los estudiantes A. B. Chamochumbi, Galván y Ruiz Rolando, está dirigida al presidente de la Federación de Estudiantes del Perú. Los remitentes, alumnos de la facultad de jurisprudencia, solicitan que la federación convoque a nuevas elecciones para seleccionar a los delegados que representarán a la facultad en el Congreso Estudiantil en Cusco. Argumentan que, en las elecciones previas, no se alcanzó el número reglamentario de votos, resultando en una votación insuficiente y limitada. Para respaldar su solicitud, adjuntan un certificado expedido por J. M. Calle, quien presidió la mesa electoral en aquella ocasión.
