The text tells Dhananjayasethi’s teachings to his daughter, Visakha who married Punnavaddhana and moved to her husband’s family. His ten advise as following: Not to give fire the house outside; not to take into the house from outside; to give only to those who give in return; not to give to those who do not give in return; to give him that gives and to him that gives not; to sit happily; to eat happily; to sleep happily; to tend the fire; and to honour household deities. Colophon: Folio 26 on the recto side: Chunlasangkatrasa (CS) 1290, a ma rong year, on the twenth day of the waning moon of the eighth lunar month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o'clock). The initiator, Rattanapannya sponsored the making of this manuscript entitled Nang Visākhā, second fascicle, to dedicate to my mother named Sao La and my father named Nai (Mr) Küm, to Aunt Man, Sao Nòi, Sao Uan, Sao Chantha, Thit Phila, Xiang Uan, Xiang Pheng and Ai Chan; even if they have been in a misery place, move them to a good place; if they are already in a good place, may they be better than ever by one hundred and one hundred thousand times; and to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May the results of this merit be a condition for Nirvana and cut the five obstructions off and reach Nirvana as my wishes. Arahantī homi nibbāna paccayo honto no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ (May I obtain Arahantship. May this be a condition for us to reach Nirvana, constantly and certainly, the greatest bliss).
