Kesa samvega means sense of ugency on the hair, tells the practice of Samatha and Vipassna by contemplating on the 32 parts of the body as sewages, which include kesa hair, loma body hair, nakha nails, danta teeth, taco skin, mamsam flesh, naharu sinews, atthi bones, and etc. Colophon: Folio 6 on the recto side: Sangkat 1282, on the third day of the waxing moon of the twelfth lunar month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday), the writing was accomplished at the time of kòng ngai (between 7.30–9.00 o’clock). Xiang (ex-monk) Lek and his wife, Sao Si together with all their children, grandchildren and siblings had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled Kesa sangvet to support the Teachings of Gotama Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years.
