The book of the teachings of Venerable Fan Tissavangsa Thera, abbot of Vat Mai Suvannaphumaram, Luang Prabang, was published and distributed as a Dhamma-gift on 27th March BE 2505. The first part of the content refers to Lao proverbs or sayings. Scholars or elders often use proverbs to teach their children to behave in virtue, to be united, to love and help each other. Each chapter of Proverbs contains a hidden teaching in itself. In the last part, there is mention of medicine to cure various diseases as traditional medicine of Laos, such as medicine to stop urinating at night, medicine to cure stones, etc.
