ສອງສັງກາດຫຼວງ ເນື້ອໃນກ່າວເຖິງປະຫວັດພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າໂຄຕະມະ ປາງເມື່ອບໍາເພັນປາລະມີມາຕັ້ງແຕ່ເປັນລືສີສຸເມທາແລະໄດ້ຮັບການພະຍາກອນຈາກພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າທີປັງກອນ ຈົນເຖິງໄດ້ຕັດສະຮູ້ເປັນພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າແລະໄດ້ສະຖາປະນາພະທໍາຄໍາສອນຂອງພະພຸດທະອົງກໍ່ຄືພະໄຕປິດົກ. ໃນເນື້ອຍັງກ່າວເຖິງໄລຍະເວລາການດໍາລົງຢູ່ຂອງພະສັດທໍາຈະຄົງຢູ່ເຖິງ ໕໐໐໐ ປີ ແລະສິ່ງທີ່ຈະເກີດຂຶ້ນໃນລະຫວ່າງນີ້. ເມື່ອຄົບ ໕໐໐໐ ປີແລ້ວ ພະສາຣີຣິກະທາດເຊິ່ງປະດິດສະຖານຢູ່ໃນທີ່ຕ່າງໆ ກໍຈະສະເດັດມາເຕົ້າໂຮມກັນເປັນພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າອີກຄັ້ງໜຶ່ງ. ຄໍາລົງທ້າຍ: (໑) ລານທີ່ ໑໓ ໜ້າ ໑: ຈຸນລະສັງກາດຣາດໄດ້ ພັນ ໒ ຮ້ອຍ ໙໐ ຕົວ (ກົງກັບ ຈສ. ໑໒໙໐) ປີເປີກສີ່ ວັນອາທິດ ເດືອນ ໑໑ ຂຶ້ນຄໍ່າ ໑ ຣິດຈະນາແລ້ວຍາມກອງເດິກ ໝາຍມີ ເຈົ້າຫມ່ອມພໍ່ໝັ້ນ ວັດສົບ ເປັນມູນລະສັດທາ ໄດ້ສ້າງທໍາມະປິດຕະກະ ຜູກນີ້ ໄວ້ກັບສາສະໜາເທົ້າ ໕ ພັນວັກສາ ຂໍໃຫ້ອານິສົງສ່ວນນາບຸນອັນນີ້ ໄປຄໍ້າຊູພໍ່ແມ່ລູກເມຍແຫ່ງຂ້າພະເຈົ້າຜູ້ທີ່ຈຸດຕິໄປຊູ່ບໍລະໂລກພາຍໜ້ານັ້ນແດ່ ກໍຂ້າເທີ້ນ ນິບພາ ນິບພາ ປະຣະມັງ ໂຫຕຸ. (໒) ລານທີ່ ໑໔ ໜ້າ ໑: ຂະນ້ອຍຂຽນກາງຄືນ ຕົກເຫລືອ ຂໍອະນຸຍາດນໍາສາທຸເຈົ້າມ່ອມທັງຫລາຍ ຄະນ້ອຍທ້ອນ ນະມັດສະການໄຫວ້ສົມເດັດພະພຸດທະເຈົ້າມາຢູ່ເກົ້າຂະຫມ່ອມເກສີ ຂໍຈົ່ງໃຫ້ຜູ້ຂ້າເປັນດີຊາດນີ້ ຂໍຈົ່ງໃຫ້ພະເຈົ້າຊີ້ຊ່ອງເຫັນທາງແກ່ຜູ້ຂ້າແດ່ເທີ້ນ. ນິບພານະ ປັດຈະໂຍ ໂຫຕຸ ໂນ ຖ້າຜູ້ໃດຫາກບໍ່ຕົກໜັງສືນີ້ຕາບອດແລ.

The benefits of the great era. The text tells the story of Gotama Buddha. He had collected the perfections since he was Hermit Sumedha and was predicted by Dipangara Buddha until he attained enlightenment and became the Buddha and established his teachings of Tipitaka. The text also mentions about the duration of the Teachings of the Buddha will be lasted within 5,000 years, and what happen in the meantime. At the end of 5,000 years, all the relics of the Buddha which have been installed in various places will be integrated and become the Buddha one more time. Colophons: (1) Folio 13 on the recto side: Chunlasangkat [one] thousand 2 hundred and 90 (corresponding with CS 1290), a poek si year, a Sunday, the first day of the waxing moon of the eleventh lunar month. The writing was accomplished at the time of the kòng doek (between 19.30–21.00 o’clock). Chao Mòm Phò (Monk) Man from Vat Sop is the sponsor of the making of this manuscript, in order to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May the benefit of this merit support my late parents, late children and late wife who already died to the other world. Nibbāna is the greatest bliss. (2) Folio 14 on the recto side: Dear monks, please forgive me if there have some mistakes because I scribed this manuscript at night time. May the Lord Buddha destine me to be a perfect one in this life, may the Lord Buddha point me the path of wisdom. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna. The one who is not able to read this handwriting, that one is blind.

Extent: 1 palm-leaf manuscript containing 14 leaves.

Size and dimensions of original material: Hight 4.6 cm, width 58.5 cm, depth 0.8 cm.

Condition of original material: The ink is fading, and some leaves are damaged by insects at the right end.
