Vinaya text mentions the investigation of a man who would be ordained as a monk in Buddhism. A man who is prohibited to be ordained as a monk, even if he has been already a monk he has to be forced to disrobe. Because he has abnormal physical body. The monk who is preceptor to the monk must be punished with an offence of wrongdoing. The banned person includes: 1. a blind man, 2. a man with clipped hands or feet, 3. a man without fingers or toenails, 4. a man with torn toes or with abnormal big feet, 5. a man with torn ears or pierced ears 6. a man without nose, 7. a man with abnormal physical body, 8. a man with a discharge from the ears, 9. a man with a discharge from the eyes, 10. a man with a discharge from the nose, 11. a man with a wide mouth like a fog's mouth. Colophon: Folio 26 on the recto side: Maha Sangkat 1253 (corresponding with CS 1253), a huang mao year, on the eleventh day of the waning moon of the twelfth lunar month, the fifth day of the week (Thursday). The writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of the kòng ngai (between 7.30 - 9.00 o’clock). Sao (Ms) Kaeophila and all her children, grandchildren, relatives had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript entitled "Papphasā Vinitsai" to prolong the Teachings of the Buddha to last until 5000 years. May I, Ms. Kaeophila become Upmathanti Bhikkhuni who was beautiful. May I reach the supreme gem of Nibbāna definitely. Nibbāna is the greatest bliss constantly and certainly.
