Upa Hualkunga's collection of early paper records [1901-1939]

Upa Hualkunga's collection is strongest on the certificates of early educational institutions in Mizoram. He also has a rare eye-witness account of the early history of Aizawl, written by then Superintendent J. Shakespeare.
