The book contains information on the payment of contributions, seizure of land, and division of property in Ticuitaco; as well as the division of land in "Mesa del Río Grande". In consists primarily of correspondence, reports, telegrams, and petitions. The volume consists of 171 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and ordered by date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
