The book contains information on the allocation of lands and assets in Ixtlan: the division of lands in Santiago Tagamdaphio; and the payment of property taxes and sale of lands in Ocumicho. It includes correspondence, deeds, reports, petitions, and receipts. The volume consists of 232 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
