The book contains information on the division of lands in Chilchota, San José and Santo Tomás, as well as boundary disputes with the community of Zopoco. It includes proceedings, correspondence, financial and legal records, reports, petitions, and receipts. The volume consists of 159 folios, which have been bound together and numbered. Documents relating to specific communities and/or processes are loosely grouped together and roughly organized according to date. The volume shows some deterioration, with some individual folios in poor condition.
