Title in original script: நூலின் பெயர் இல்லை (மருந்து செய்முறைகள்) The manuscript is composed of a text of 40 palm leaves written in verses, in a form of song. The manuscript is extremely damaged by rodents and fungus. Many leaves are broken, making the ordering of palm leaves very difficult as the number of many of them as well as of verses is no longer visible. The text describes formulation of the following medicines: Tēttāṉ koṭṭai lēkiyam; Cavvīra kuḻampu; Taṅka paṟpam and Vaṅka paṟpam; Carakku kaṭṭu and Porikāra kaṭṭu; Pūlōka akkiṉi kumāraṉ; Aritāra centūram and Corṇa ācica vayaṉam. It also explains the uses of cupper sulfate (aṉṉapēti). The texts provides a list of medicines for treating scabies (ciraṅku); types of leprosy (coṟi kuṭṭam, karuṅ kuṭṭam, cēṅkuṭṭam); white patches on skin (tēmpal); fungal infection (puḻu veṭṭu); eye disease (kaṇ rōkam), tubercle in eye (kaṇṇil paru) and trichiasis (muṭamayir); migraine (orutalayiṭi) and headache (talaivali); hernia (aṇṭa vāyu); fistula (pavutiram); jaundice (kāmālai); stomach pain (vayiṟṟu vali), urinary tract infection (mēkacūlai) and menorrahagia (perumpāṭṭu), as well as medicines for increasing fertility of women (karpam tarika). Size of the manuscript: 28,5cm x 3.8cm. The manuscript is extremely damaged. It is affected by fungus and rodents so that the numbering of many broken leaves is not visible, The leaves are very breakable.
