Title in original script: தலைப்பு இல்லை (மருந்து செய்முறைகள்) The manuscript is composed of a compilation of texts forming 83 palm leaves of two different sizes, with a variable numbering. The leaves are more and less damaged by fungus. The text describes the formulation of following medicines: Decoctions: Muṟuvalāti tārai kaṣāyam; Medicated oils: Rama Cantaṉāti eṇṇey, Tiripalāti eṇṇey, Cantaṉāti eṇṇey and Miṟuṅkalāti eṇṇey; Nayaṉa vilvāti tailam, Eriyāti tailam and Koṭupai tailam; Medicated ghī: Paṭavalāti kiṟutam; Nantiyāti ney; Dried plant powders: Amirta añcaṉa poṭi and Tutta añcaṉa poṭi; Pills: Caṅkarāti kuḷikai, kaṟpūrāti kuḷikai, Tirikaṭuku kuḷikai, Tāmpūrāti kuḷikai, Ciṟiya Cantaṉāti kuḷikai, Ōritaḻ kuḷikai, Turucu kuḷikai, Vilvāti kuḷikai, Pītarōkiṉi kuḷikai, kāṭṭūṟuti kuḷikai, Tirikaṭuku kuḷikai and Cantira piṟapai kuḷikai; Nēttirāti māttirai, Paccai uṇṭai; Wax-like medicines: kaṟpūrāti kuḻampu, Tēṉ kuḻampu, Iḷanīr kuḻampu and Campīra kuḻampu. The text presents some medicines specific to treat eye diseases such wounds in eyes (kaṇṇil puṇ), muscle growth in eyes (paṭalattiṟku piṟaviṭai - an external medicine applied around the eye), a dried plant powder (poṭi) for eye disease (kuntam- protrusion of eye ball) and a collyrium (mai). Size of the manuscript 31,5cm x 3,8cm. The palm leaves are of 2 sizes: 27,5x3,8 till leaf n°45, and then, of 31,5cm x 3,8cm. The leaves of the text are numbered from 4 to 74 and from 1 to 8. Three leaves without number are placed at the beginning of the manuscript after a blank leaf. Two additional leaves, without number, close the manuscript. The leaves 60 and 73 are missing. The manuscript is affected by fungus.
