The contents are written with India ink on thin paper folded in two. The contents are written in Akhar Thrah script. Pages 06-17 have pictures and symbols. Page 26 has holes and is smeared from insect damage. The manuscript covers religious themes. Contents: how to practice physiognomy on sick people according to the dates. Size: 23 x 22 cm.
The manuscript was passed down by ancestors. Mr. Luu Sanh Thanh has inherited the manuscript from Superior Priest Truong Dinh (Hoai Trung). Several manuscripts were collected by himself. Author is unknown.
