The contents are written with India ink on thin paper in Akhar Thrah script. Pages 22-29 contain symbols and pictures. The manuscript is torn at the middle. The manuscript covers religious themes. Contents: rituals of Pasaih organisation and Vice Superior Priest. Size: 29 x 17 cm.
The manuscript was passed down by ancestors. Mr. Luu Sanh Thanh has inherited the manuscript from Superior Priest Truong Dinh (Hoai Trung). Several manuscripts were collected by himself. Author is unknown.
