The entire manuscripts is creased, pages 1-2 and 37-38 are torn and creased, pages 5-6, 23-24 are torn at the right corners, pages 17-18 are torn through 1/3 of the pages, page 18 is missing a side. The topics of the manuscript are ceremonies, magic, ritual, religion and medical treatments. This manuscript had belonged to Mr. Lik Phaok Tao (brother of Mrs. Dao Thi Luoi). In 1994, Mr. Lik Phaok Tao died, and this manuscript was bequeathed to Mrs. Dao Thi Luoi. Author is unknown.
