This manuscript narrates events involving Sultan Hamengkubuwana I, the Yogyakarta court, and the Dutch East India Company (VOC). At one point, it describes soldiers carrying out their duties at an office near the sea. In the final section, it recounts a meeting between Tuwan Mesther and the Sultan, during which the mayor salutes the Sultan, they dine together, and then part ways respectfully.
