Papers relating to student arbitration and reorganization of the “Normalist Center” at the Normal School of Preceptors of Lima during August 1920. They include minutes of assemblies, delegate elections, student certificates, and correspondence about internal conflicts in the board of directors. Noteworthy are the elections that designated Abel Alba and Humberto Valencia as delegates to the Student Federation of Peru, as well as the positions of students and teachers on the process. Also recorded are actions taken to reestablish the representativeness of the Normalist Center and to ratify student support for the new authorities.
