Single piece of paper with the margins torn, written in blue ink, while the stamp and signature are in black ink. At the stamp the paper is damaged which was repaired with tape. Watermark: Image of an elephant between tow coconut trees with the name of the company GUTHRIE & Co Ltd written in Latin, Arabic and Chinese scripts. But only partly visible as the paper is cut.
