Big sluice of the melur kaṇmai This inscription is located on the sluice of the tank of Mēlūr village. The sluice is located on the northern side of the lake. The inscription is found on the east-facing pillar. மேலூர் கண்மாய் நடுமடைத் தூண். மேலூர் கிராமத்தின் கண்மாயின் பெரிய மடைத்தூணில் இக்கல்வெட்டு உள்ளது. குளத்தின் வடக்குப்பகுதியில் அமைந்துள்ள பெரிய மடை என்று அழைக்கப்படுகின்ற குமிழி குளத்தின் கரைக்கு அருகாமையில் உள்ளது. ஏரியின் வடக்கு கரையில் நடு மடையில் கிழக்குக் காலில் கிழக்குப் பார்த்த கல்வெட்டு. கல்வெட்டு: ஸ்வஸ்தி ஸ்ரீ/வ../ட்ட மேலூ/ர்த் தட்ட/ந்தி ம/வி../ப்பந்/நாட்டு வி/த்த பெட்/டக்கால்.
