This protocol consists of purchasing and sale deeds, mortgages, transaction contracts, power grants. We highlighth, the sale that José María Padilla did in favor of Idelfonso Martínez of some lands in the Bugre Commonwealth; Also the mortgage that Manuel Pérez J. did in favor of Eusebio J. Pineda of the farm "El Paraiso" to support the 2,500 pesos debt that Martínez contracted with Pineda. Other characters that we find in the book are José Ulises Osorio and Antonio Laza Burgos.
Este protocolo se compone de escrituras de compra-ventas, hipotecas, contratos de transacción, otorgamientos de poder. Dentro del volumen se destacan la venta que José María Padilla hizo a favor de Idelfonso Martínez de algunas tierras en la mancomunidad de Bugre; también la hipoteca que Manuel Pérez J. hizo a favor de Eusebio J. Pineda de la finca "El Paraiso" para respaldar la deuda de 2.500 pesos que Martínez contrajó con Pineda. Otros personajes que encontramos en el libro son José Ulises Osorio y Antonio Laza Burgos.
