The case contains documents on the activities of the business association Buh in the village of Myliatyn Staryj (1908-1920). Fol. 1-4 rev.: report on the results of the inspection of the financial and economic activities of the consumer association Zhoda in the city of Lviv-Klepariv. Ark. 6: lists of debtors of the association. Fol. 6 rev., 8-10 rev.: inventory of goods in the store of the company Zhoda. Fol. 13, 14, 15, 16,17, 18, 19: forms of the Industrial Certificate. Fol. 22-22 rev.: letter to the supervisory board of the society Zhoda. The documents have preserved impressions of rectangular stamps and round seals. Fol. 13, 14, 19: seals of the tax government in the city of Lviv. Fol. 15, 16, 17 18, 19: stamps of the tax office in Lviv. Fol. 22 rev.: stamp of the Revision Union of Ukrainian Cooperatives in Lviv. Incorrect dating in the title of the archival file. The documents are not arranged in chronological order.

Condition of original material: The forms printed in the printing house are filled in by hand with a blue and black pencil, some entries are filled in with red and green. The sheets are printed on a typewriter. The black ink of the document has faded. There are yellow spots are visible on individual sheets. Fol. 6 is torn at the top on the left side. Fol. 8, 12 is torn on the left side. Fol. 13 is torn on the right side.
