The file contains the originals certified by the seals. A number of the stamps are faintly inked and unreadable. Fol. 18-19 v.: report on the celebrations on 18 September 1938 in the village of Novosilka to mark the 70th anniversary of Prosvita. The documents contain lists of members of reading rooms in different localities.
