ທິບພະມົນ (ຜູກ ໒)

ໃນສະໄໝໜຶ່ງພະຜູ້ມີພະພາກເຈົ້າປະທັບຢູ່ດອຍຄິດຊະກູດ ໃນເມືອງຣາຊະຄຶ. ໃນກາລະນັ້ນ ຝົນກໍ່ຕົກລົງມາຢ່າງໜັກ ພະພຸດທະອົງຈຶ່ງໃຊ້ໂອກາດນັ້ນໃນການສະແດງແກ່ພິກຂຸທັງຫຼາຍ ໂດຍຕັດເລື່ອງພະສູດຕ່າງໆທີ່ເປັນມຸງຄຸນແລະມີອະນຸພາບ ເຊິ່ງເຮັດໃຫ້ຄວາມປາດຖະໜາຂອງປຸຖຸຊົນທັງຫລາຍສໍາເລັດ ເຊັ່ນ ຄວາມປາດຖະໜາທີ່ຈະມີບຸດທີ່ດີ, ການໄດ້ມາຊຶ່ງຊັບສົມບັດແລະຍົດຖາບັນດາສັກ, ຄວາມເປັນຜູ້ບໍ່ມີໂລກ, ເປັນຜູ້ມີອາຍຸໝັ້ນຍືນ. ການນ້ອມໄຫວ້ແລະອັນເຊີນເອົາຄຸນຂອງພະຣັດຕະນະໄຕແລະຄຸນພຸດທານຸພາບຂອງອະດີດພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ໒໘ ພະອົງ ຕັ້ງແຕ່ພະຕັນຫັງກອນພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ຈົນເຖິງ ພະໂຄຕະມະພຸດທະເຈົ້າ ແລະອະນາຄະຕະພຸດທະເຈົ້າຈົ່ງມາພິພັກຮັກສາ ທ່ານຜູ້ນັ້ນຈະປາສະຈາກອັນຕະລາຍທັງປວງ ແລະມີແຕ່ຄວາມສຸກສະຫວັດດີ. ເນື້ອໃນຍັງກ່າວເຖິງ ອານຸພາບຂອງຄາຖາທິບພະມົນ ຖ້າຜູ້ໃດສູດຄາຖານີ້ ເທວະດາແລະທ້າວຈະຕຸໂລກກະບານທັງ ໔ ຈະມາປົກປ້ອງຄຸ້ມຄອງຜູ້ນັ້ນໃຫ້ປອດໄພຈາກອັນຕະລາຍທັງປວງ. ມະນຸດ, ຍັກ, ນາກ, ພູດຜີປີສາດທັງຫລາຍ ບໍ່ສາມາດທໍາອັນຕະລາຍໄດ້.

On one occasion, the Buddha was present at the Gijjhakuta hill in Rajagaha. At that time, the rain fell heavily, so the Buddha took the opportunity to preach sermons to monks by telling various suttas that are blessed and powered to fulfill the wishes of the people, such as the wish to have a good son, the acquisition of all the treasures and titels, to be free from all diseases, to be a long life. Worshiping and inviting the virtues of the Triple Gem and the Buddhas’ power of former 28 Buddhas, from Tanhaṁgara Buddha to Gotama Buddha and the future Buddha, come and protect one, the one will be free from all dangers and will be happy and well-being. The content also mentions the virtues of the Dipamanta Gāthā, if anyone recites this Gāthā, devas and the four heavenly kings will come to protect that person from all dangers. Humans, giants, dragons, mountain demons are not able to harm the person.
