The content explains the verse of Mangala Sutta, “Appamādo ca dhammesu, To be diligent in practicing the Dhamma is the highest blessing”. Non-negligence or heedfulness means keeping the mindfulness in verbal action and body action. Not allow one to fall into a bad way and one does not want to miss an opportunity to do goodness. Colophon: Folio 28 on the recto side: Sangkatrasa (CS) 1232, a kot sanga year, on the fifth day of the waxing moon of th second lunar month, the third day of the week (Tuesday), a moeng hao day, the writing of this manuscript was accomplished at the time of tut sai (between 12.00–13.30 o’clock). Chao Phunyai Nama Sena and his wife and children had the ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript-bundle entitled Mangkhalathip (Mangaladipani), to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. Nibbāna paccayo hontu no niccaṃ dhuvaṃ dhuvaṃ (May this be a condition to reach Nirvanaa, constantly and certainly).
