The content tells the Buddha gave a sermon instructing all Buddhist companies to give alms, observe the precepts and listen to the Dhamma in order to be able to achieve the three states of happiness including happiness in the human world, happiness in the heaven and the greatest bliss in Nirvana. In addition, the Buddha also criticizes anyones who like to be angry, and to insult others, which is the bad deed that will lead to a state of lost and woe.
