The text was written in Pali language on the offence of Sanghadisesa: Rules entailing an initial and subsequent meeting of the Sangha. Serious faults entailing a meeting of the Sangha requiring at the presence of at least twenty bhikkhus and a reading of the kammavaca meant for a reintegration within the Sangha. The faulty bhikkhu must be set part from the community for certain duration. There exist thirteen Sanghadisesas among which the first five concern lustful desires. Colophon: Folio 25 on the verso side: Chunlasangkat hundred 76 (corresponding with CS 1176), a kap set year, the first day of the waning moon of the eleventh lunar month, the sixth day of the week (Friday), the writing was accomplished at the time of tuttang (between 6.00–7.30 o'clock). Phanya Luang Müang Khua along with his wife, children and relatives had the most ardent religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript [entitled] Pali Parasikan(Pārājika), in order to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna.
