The text tells about Indriya-dhamma or the fivefold controlling faculty including: 1. Saddhā: confidence 2. Viriya: energy, effort 3. Sati: mindfulness 4. Samādhi: concentration 5. Pannā: wisdom, understanding. Colophon: Folio 26 on the recto side: In Chunlasangkat 122 and 4 (corresponding with CS 1224), a tao set year, on the second day of the waxing moon of the eighth lunar month, a poek san day, the fifth day of the week (Thursday) a poek san day. Chao Mom (Monk) Tue Lattanapannyathipaatti had the religious faith to sponsor the making of this manuscript [entitled] Phothipakkhiyatham (Bodhipakkhiya-dhamma) to support the Teachings of the Buddha to last until the end of 5000 years. May my wishes and desires come true. Nibbāna paccayo hontu no sadhu anumodami (May this be a condition for us to reach Nibbāna, amen, congratulate).
