It contains the receipts of purchases and provision of services to which the Hermandad de Dolores ["Fraternity of Sorrows"] accessed during the period 1943-1944. The information is organised using page marker dividers that indicate vouchers for: medicines, general expenses (water, electricity, among others), property insurance, real estate contributions, worship, Banco de Chile [Chile Bank], building repairs, dispensaries and burdens of legacies, interests, leases, among others. Among the different documents are also some property forms where there is a record of the real estate that the institution had in the period indicated, reporting on the payments of the tenants and the expenses incurred for repairs of the buildings and basic service provision; also some statistical notes indicating calculations for incomes, outcomes, state of the wardrobe of the "Fraternity", number of patients attended and services provided (surgical clinic, dental clinic, laboratory scanner, physiology, ultra violet rays and gynecology service).
Contiene los comprobantes de compras y prestaciones de servicios a los que accedió la "Hermandad de Dolores" durante el período 1943-1944. La información se encuentra organizada mediante divisores marcadores de páginas que indican comprobantes por razón de: medicamentos, gastos generales (agua, luz, entre otros), seguros de propiedades, contribuciones de bienes raíces, culto, Banco de Chile, reparaciones de edificios, dispensarios y cargas de legados, intereses, arriendos, entre otros. Entre los distintos documentos se cuentan, además, algunas planillas de propiedades donde se tiene registro de los bienes raíces con los que contaba la institución en el período señalado, informando sobre los pagos de los arrendatarios y los gastos en que se incurrió por reparaciones de los edificios y suministro de servicios básicos; también algunas notas estadísticas donde se indican cálculos por entradas, salidas, estado del ropero de la "Hermandad", número de enfermos atendidos y servicios prestados (clínica quirúrgica, clínica dental, escáner de laboratorio, tisiología, rayos ultra violeta y servicio de ginecología).
