This manuscript dealt with siddha medicine and describes the nature of diseases such as nadinithanam, sannipatchi, cheeranam, symtoms of fever, etc. and medicine preparation in 94 stanzas. Leaf nos. 1,6 and 10 are missing. நாடி நிதானம், சன்னி பட்சி, சீரணம், நாக்கு ருசிக்கு சீரண குறிப்பு, சுரத்தின் குறிப்பு, வாத சுரத்துக்கு, பித்த சுரத்துக்குச் சூரணம், சுரத்தின் குணம், ஏகாமிய சுரம், சங்கை சுரகுணம், அதிகார சுரத்தின் குணம், வாலை பூசை போன்ற நோய்கள் பற்றியும் அந்நோய்களுக்கான மருந்துகள் பற்றியும் 94 பாடல்களில் இச்சுவடி அமைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 1, 6, 10 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
