This is a siddha medicine manuscript dealt with preparation of some medicines such as Apprakasenthooram, Rasasenthooram, naathamakimai, and other diseases in 370 poems. Leaf nos.15-17,21,23,24,26,28,32,33,55,70,71,72 and 79 are missing. அப்பிரக செந்தூரம், ராச செந்தூரம், நாத மகிமை, சர்வ வியாதிக்கு மருந்து, நாத காரம் போன்ற பல மருந்து செய்முறைகள் பற்றியும் அவை போக்கும் நோய்கள் பற்றியும் இச்சுவடி 370 பாடல்களில் எடுத்துரைக்கிறது. ஏட்டெண் 15-17, 21, 23, 24, 26, 28, 32, 33, 55, 70, 71, 72, 79 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை.
