This manuscript Athmabotha Deepika, dealt with Sutra bhasyam, Upanishad bhasyam, gita bhasyam etc. Leaf nos.51 and 54 are missing and leaf nos. 17, 31, 32, and 44 are in damaged condition. சூத்திர பாஷ்யம், உபநிஷத் பாஷ்யம், கீதா பாஷ்யம் ஆகிய மூன்று பிரஸ்தானங்களையும் செய்து, பின்னர் இம்மூன்றினையும் அவற்றின் விளக்கங்களை விரிந்த நூல்களின் வழி ஆராய்ந்து தாற்பரிய நிச்சயம் செய்து கொள்ளும் சாமர்த்தியமின்றிய மகாமுமுக்ஷுக்களான மந்தாதிகாரிகளை இரக்ஷித்தற்கு சர்வ வேதாந்த சித்தாந்த சங்கிரகங்களை விளக்குவதே ஆத்மபோத தீபிகை. ஏட்டெண் 51, 54 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் இல்லை. ஏட்டெண் 17, 31, 32, 44 ஆகிய ஏடுகள் உடைந்துள்ளன.
