பகவத்கீதை - பொழிப்புரை

This work Bhavat gita is the upadesa of Lord Krishna to Arjuna about his relatives in the opposite side battle field. It dealt with yoga and other philosophical thoughts for human livelihood. This work starts with leaf no.2 and Leaf nos. 1 and 30 are missing. Leaf nos.15 is in damaged condition. There is a duplication of leaf no 85. The leave have more stains. மகாபாரதத்தின் தொடக்கப் போரில் அர்ச்சுனன் எதிரணியில் இருப்பவர்கள் உறவினர்களாக இருப்பதால் தயங்க, அவனின் தேரோட்டியான கிருஷ்ணன் போர் தர்மத்தில் உறவின் முறை ஆகாதென விளக்கும் அர்ச்சுனன்-கிருஷ்ணன் ஆகிய இருவரின் உரையாடல்களே பகவத் கீதை. இப்பகவத் கீதையில் மனித வாழ்க்கைக்குத் தேவையான யோகம் மற்றும் தத்துவம் சார்ந்த கருத்துக்கள் மிகுந்துள்ளன. ஏட்டெண் 29, 111, 127, 128, 130, 132ஆகிய ஏடுகள்இல்லை. ஏட்டெண் 2இல் நூல் தொடங்குகிறது. ஏட்டெண் 1, 30ஆம் ஏடுகள் இல்லை. ஏட்டெண் 15 உடைந்துள்ளது. ஏட்டெண் 85ஆம் ஏடு இருமுறை உள்ளது. ஏடுகளில் கறைகள் நிறைய உள்ளன.
