This manuscript is a siddha medicine dealt with preparation of medicines for various diseases such as diabetics, gase troble, micron, ear ache, eye diseases, fits tooth diseases in 284 stanzas. The first leaf is missing. சூதக வலிக்குப்புண், சர்வ வாய்வுக்கு உப்பு, நீர் அடைப்பு, மெத்தலை வியாதிக்கு, மேகத்து வலிக்கு, அண்ட வியாதி தீர, அண்ட வாய்வுக்கு, ஒற்றை தலைவலி, காது வியாதி, கண் சம்மந்தமான அனைத்து நோய்களுக்கும் மருந்து, பல்வலி, பல்வேர் பிடுங்க, வாய்ப்புண், கட்டி, புண்களுக்குக் களிம்பு, விக்கல், சன்னி சகலத்துக்கும் எண்ணெய், பித்த வெடிப்பு போன்ற பல்வேறு நோய்களுக்கான மருந்தும் மருந்து செய்முறைகளும் 284 பாடல்களில் கூறுவதாக இந்நூல் அமைந்துள்ளது. முதல் ஏடு இல்லை.
